This fun racing event celebrates the memory of Duval “Dee” O'Neal who was a big supporter of racing on Lake Harriet and was principle race officer for LHYC for many years. The novice is the “skipper” and the veteran racer acts as “crew” and coach for the rookie. Fun! Exciting! Maybe you can help give someone "the racing bug"? Or coach someone who has started racing and needs more tips.
