RACING WITH LHYC
Club races are held on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season. Saturday races begin at 1:00 pm. Sunday and Holiday races begin at 10:30 am. On a few days races may not be held because of conflicting events or regattas off lake - check the schedule. Taxi boat service is available to buoyed boats from the sailing dock on the northwest shore of the lake.
Informal races are held on Wednesday nights June through August. These races begin at 6:30 pm.

RACING RULES 2021-2024
Current Racing Rules - The official rules governing sailboat racing are revised and updated every four years. Racing Rules of Sailing 2021-2024 went into effect on January 1, 2021 and are available at https://www.sailing.org/inside-world-sailing/rules-regulations/racing-rules-of-sailing/.
DNR's Rules of the Road also apply on Lake Harriet.
